WHICH PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT AND WHY
Comments / Reviews
When visitors leave comments / reviews on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Your email hash may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
MEDIA
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
contact forms
You are required to fill in your name and email when completing the contact form on our Contact page, which will be used to answer your query. We will not use your information to contact you regarding promotions and updates, unless you tick the box asking us to do so. We will not disclose your information to any third parties, other than those stated in the section below headed “Who We Share Your Data With”. Contact data is collected when you fill in the contact form, and is stored on a private database. Our contact form is optional – when you enter your information, you are automatically giving the REPLANTED team consent to use that information in order to reply to your query. You have the right to request the contact information we have for you, and may request that we edit / delete it.
cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you are opting-in for us to save your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies – they contain no personal data and are discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. All data and metadata collected from comments / reviews are kept indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. All data and metadata collected via contact forms will be added to our business database and kept indefinitely. Information collected for Cookies will last for one year.
YOUR DATA RIGHTS
You may request all data we hold about you and all data you have provided us with. You may request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This excludes data we are obliged to keep for legal or security purposes.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
When / if we update our privacy policy, we will inform you by either putting a notification block up on our website, or emailing you with a notification. It is your choice whether or not to read through our updated version. The notification will stay up for one week.

We use secure website and computer firewalls & anti virus software to protect your data on our private database.

If your data is breached, we will immediately do our best to contain the breach, access the damage, notify you and the necessary authorities, and do all we can to prevent a reoccurrence.
